Alfombras Hamid reserves the right to cancel any order placed by any customer with whom there are any outstanding issues regarding a previous order, or where Alfombras Hamid has reasonable cause to suspect that the customer in question has breached these Conditions of Sale or is engaging in any fraudulent or criminal activity. Alfombras Hamid may also cancel orders for any other reason it deems legitimate.
Alfombras Hamid also reserves the right to cancel any order for any problems or errors on the web. In this case, agrees to inform the customer about the circumstances that could affect him.

Products and prices are correct as they appear on the web site, subject to availability. At the time of making your purchase or order, you will be informed as to the availability of the products. In the event that the product selected is not available in our warehouse, whether as a result of a large volume of orders or for any other reason, we will contact you to inform you of any resultant changes to delivery times.
If you decide to cancel your order, the amount paid (where paid or charged to your credit card) will be refunded, except where the product has already been sent out, in which case you will be charged for delivery and return costs, where applicable.

All sizes and colours of the products shown on the web site are approximate. Some of the rug sizes are rounded up to enable them to be viewed properly on the web site, meaning, in precise terms, that exact dimensions might vary by between 5 and 10mm. We strive to achieve the best possible representation of colour, making use of the latest technologies when taking and treating our photo images. Even so, every rug is unique so slight variations might occur.


Making a purchase at our store is very easy; you simply have to select a product and add it to your online shopping basket, clicking purchase or place order.

To successfully make the purchase you will need to register your contact information and delivery address. Upon registration you will receive an email containing your password, which you will need to complete your purchase.

This password will also be required for future purchases.

Prices for Alfombras Hamid products appear in Euros, with taxes included. The final cost of your order will include the delivery costs corresponding to the destination options selected.

    The whole of the amount of the order is to be paid by bank transfer to Alfombras Hamid SL using the account number indicated in the screen. The payment must be made within a period of 5 working days, after which time the order will be cancelled. The transfer should quote the order reference and your full name. We also ask that you send us a copy of the bank transfer confirmation slip, either by email or by fax, in order to speed up the processing time for your order.

  • Paypal
    The total amount of the order is to be paid via Paypal which, upon completing the transaction, will automatically send confirmation of the correct receipt of payment to the web site. You will be sent an email confirming the correct receipt of payment.Transactions carried out on the web site are protected by an SSL encryption system. Your credit card details are sent over an SSL secure connection via Paypal, as used by the best online stores in the world. We do not have access to your credit card details from our web site.


You will be sent a summary indicating the main details of your order.

Any information recorded by the web site will serve as proof of the transactions carried out between Alfombras Hamid and its customers.

In the event of any discrepancy between Alfombras Hamid and its customers regarding transactions processed on the web site, the details recorded by will be taken as irrefutable proof of the transaction to which they correspond.


The merchandise will be delivered to your door, at the address indicated, by a freight carrier. In the event that there is nobody home, the freight carrier will leave a contact slip indicating a contact telephone number for you to ring to organise a second delivery date.

In the event of any changes to delivery times and/or other delivery terms, we will contact you, keeping you informed at all times.

Delivery times vary according to your geographical location, provided we do not have to produce the product, which would delay the order.

Shippings to DENMARK, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVENIA AND SLOVAKIA have a 20€ shipping cost.

International Shipping to other countries. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to inform you of shipping charges, depending on country of destination and the details of your order.


You must notify the Customer Service Department as soon as possible in the event of non-receipt of goods, or any delays in their delivery greater than eight (8) working days for deliveries to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, and eight (8) working days for items send abroad.

When your order is delivered, you must check that the correct item has been sent. If there is any discrepancy or problem with your order at the time of delivery, you must indicate the nature of the discrepancy or problem (for example, package opened, damaged goods) on the delivery note, and sign it. You should then contact the Customer Service Department by email.

If the goods do not correspond to your order or you are not happy with them for whatever reason, you will be able to exchange them for other items or return them and request a refund of the amount paid, as outlined in the "RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS" section.

The role of the freight carrier is limited to transporting the order to the address indicated by the customer. It will not under any circumstances collect old items, open packaging or carry out any other task not included within its services.

Goods will be delivered to the ground floor of the recipient address indicated, except where the weight, volume or bulk of the item of furniture does not allow it, in which case it will be delivered to the building entrance using the unloading equipment provided by the addressee, or to the local transport company.

The recipient is to examine the item immediately for any damages or missing items. Damages most likely incurred during transportation, which are not externally visible, are to be communicated to us in writingwithin a maximum period of 24 hours of the delivery.


Any requested product may not be returned, exchanged or refunded to the website that has been customized to your requirement.

If you decide to cancel your order, the amount paid will be refunded if it had been paid or charged to your credit card, except if it has already been sent, excluding shipping costs, if applicable, and return.

The return of defective or erroneous products will be accepted, being Hamid Carpets who will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will check the reality of the defect or error and if it is in good condition we will send the correct one without any charge. This circumstance must be communicated within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the shipment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 business days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. The product must be returned as delivered, that is, unused. Shipping and collection costs in case of return for dissatisfaction purposes will be borne by the customer. To make said return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging without breaking and in perfect condition. No item will be paid that does not arrive in perfect condition and with its packaging in optimal condition. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of it, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer. The refund of the amount paid by the applicant will be made as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the withdrawal.

Refund Policy Update March 2020.
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, the order return period will be 60 calendar days for orders placed from March 1, 2020, until the end of the established restrictions.

In case of loss of the package by the transport company, Carpets Hamid will contact the customer to communicate the incident and inform him of the different options for reimbursement, cancellation of the order, free shipping of the same item or a similar item. This will affect the prerequisites of the order, such as delivery time.

If in this case the customer opts for cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer.

The refund of the amount paid by the applicant will be made as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the withdrawal.

From the correct delivery of the product, and having the date of delivery as a reference, the risks (in particular the loss, theft or damage) related to the products delivered will be assumed by the customer.
