The merchandise will be delivered to you at the door of your home, through a transport agency. In case there was no one at home, the agency will leave a notice, in which a phone will appear so they can get in touch and have another day to make the delivery.
In case of any change in delivery times or other provisions, we will contact you to keep you informed at all times.
Delivery time varies depending on your geographical location, as long as we do not have to make the product which would delay the order.
The ordinary delivery time is 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination and the characteristics of your order.
For orders of custom made custom rugs, the delivery time is 90 to 120 days.
Shipping costs to SPAIN (PENINSULA AND BALEARIC) and PORTUGAL are free.
International shipments to the following countries: GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE, NETHERLANDS, ITALY, UNITED KINGDOM and LUXEMBOURG will have a cost for shipping costs of 10€ if the order is under 100€. If the order is more than 100€, the shipping cost will be free.
International shipments to the following countries: DENMARK, POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVENIA AND SLOVAKIA will have a cost for shipping costs of 20€ if the order is under 100€. If the order is more than 100€, the shipping cost will be free.
All other destinations can place an ORDER through our online store on a budget. We will inform you later of the shipping costs to be applied, according to the characteristics of the order and the chosen destination.

Returns for manufacturing or transport defects:
The return of defective or erroneous products will be accepted, being Hamid Carpets who will be responsible for the return costs. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will check the reality of the defect or error and if it is in good condition we will send the correct one without any charge. This circumstance must be communicated within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Returns for customer dissatisfaction or right of withdrawal:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the product within 30 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order. The product must be returned as delivered, that is, unused. The return costs generated by the shipment of the product to Hamid Carpets will be borne by the customer.
To make such return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging without breaking and in perfect condition. No item will be paid that does not arrive in perfect condition and with its packaging in optimal condition. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount paid in full for the purchase of the product, in the payment method in which the purchase was made. The refund of the amount paid by the applicant will be made as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from the withdrawal. The return costs generated by the shipment of the product to Hamid Carpets will be borne by the customer.
