In the event of any change in delivery times or other provisions, we will contact you to keep you informed at all times.
The delivery time varies depending on your geographical location, as long as we do not have to make the product which would delay the order.
The ordinary delivery time is from 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination and the characteristics of your order.
For orders of custom made custom rugs, the delivery time is 90 to 120 days.
Returns for manufacturing or transport defects:
The return of defective or erroneous products will be accepted, being Hamid Carpets who will be responsible for the return costs. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will check the reality of the defect or error and if it is in good condition we will send the correct one without any charge. This circumstance must be communicated within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Returns for customer dissatisfaction or right of withdrawal:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the product within 30 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order. The product must be returned as delivered, that is, unused. The return costs generated by the shipment of the
