From Shirvan, in the region of Azerbaijan in the Caucasus, this antique rug reflects the depth of intense colors of the expert dyers and weavers of this area. Three geometric rosettes in red on a violet blue background, among which are many small geometric symbolic shapes of the carpets of this area. It ends with alternation of three frets following the same color patterns.
