This rug is an embodiment of the love and care she has for her daughter, to whom she is extremely attached. The rug has been woven with her favorite colors, pinks and reds of hers. The brightness of orange and green wants to make the presence of this beautiful work of art enhance the joy of the home.
Bimla is a 40-year-old weaver from Harmada, Rajasthan. She learned to knit in a program developed by an Indian organization. She is the mother of two sons and a daughter. Bimla is a very dedicated weaver, and she likes to focus her best when she weaves. Her work is very dedicated and she strives in each of the knots of her rugs to make them pieces full of joy and beauty. As a person, she is very dedicated to her family and friends and she is always encouraging the other weavers to experiment with her works and improve every day. This rug is the first she has made for the Aldeas collection.
