This rug reproduces the design of a Mamluk Carpet very worked between the XV and XVII centuries under the sovereignty of the Mamluks in Egypt, from where it takes its name. This Mamluk Rug has been knotted in Egypt with the best quality wool stained with vegetable dyes. They are so thin they look like fabrics that line the floor. With pure colors, they create very wholesome and elegant environments at the same time. It uses reds, greens, blue blues or very natural browns characteristic of this carpet, with geometric designs.
* This carpet is knotted / hand-woven and therefore there may be differences in shape, thickness, pattern and size.
** The carpet colors will be perceived differently depending on the viewing angle.
